The summer is coming to an end, and if you're anything like me, you're feeling some self-induced pressure when it comes to your goals.
You probably haven't been intentional enough about your self care practices, and this Summer Strong Challenge is a way to keep yourself accountable, motivated, and actually know what to do to will make a noticeable difference in your daily life.
What you'll get:

Our main focuses for the month will be checking in every weekday after you do:
- Journaling (prompts provided daily)
- Movement (of choice: workout, walk, light stretch)
- A "Must Do" (those things on your to-do list that you aren't motivated to do, but need to get done, and take up space in your brain until you actually cross them off your list)
- A "Just For Me" Activity (bath, midday nap, coaching session, call with a friend, glass of champagne)
- Meditative Moment (a meditation or EFT session--provided, or breathwork, personal development reading or podcast listening--suggestions provided)
