Don't "What If" Yourself To Death
Sep 22, 2021When you’re preparing to commit to something new, your brain runs through the list of reasons you should stay right the fuck in your lane:
- you’re already too busy
- you never commit to change
- you should really save your money
- you’re not that type of person
Here’s my question: what if none of that were true?
What if making this new choice was going to help you stay calm about your schedule? Was going to help you see “busy” as “full and active and energizing” rather than “I don’t have time for ANYTHING ELSE”? What if you flipped your mindset from desiring change to desiring growth? What if you didn’t have to become a different person, you just got to grow into the soul that already (and always has) existed inside you?
What if the reason you feel insecure about your money is because you never learned wealth care? What if you let your money flow to the places you felt pulled to spend it, fully knowing that it will cycle back to you?
What if you trained your subconscious to see that you are whatever type of person you desire to be? The type that grows or the type that stays in old patterns and habits, and that the only thing setting those two versions of you apart is the decisions you’re sitting on? The stories you’re accepting as your truth?
When you find yourself falling into stories about who you are, why you can or can’t have something, why you are or aren’t worthy of something...I want you to ask yourself, “well...what if I could? What if I am?” We so easily “what if” ourselves to death in the negative way.
WHAT IF you what iffed yourself with the GOOD possibilities? What could you create then?
You’re here on this earth to live big, to receive more, to exude power. To get to know yourself at a level so deep, to understand the “whys” behind your negative experiences and allow them to catapult you rather than stagnate you.
Time to unleash the next level of your life, love. 💙
